Our devices are distinguished by their ongoing technological advancements and the creation of innovative protocols and applications in partnership with esteemed international research institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess equipment malfunctions, apply suitable repairs, and conduct scheduled maintenance to support our clientele.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures, ensuring all equipment adheres to regulatory standards. Document all work performed accurately.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and follow up to guarantee the resolution of any technical concerns and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels of parts and replacements to ensure prompt and precise repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications- An Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Repair Technology or Electrical and Instrumentation Technology, or equivalent qualifications, or a High School Diploma accompanied by experience in servicing electrical or mechanical devices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
