Position Overview

Location Note: This role offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST. We welcome applicants from various states across the U.S.

Role Purpose:

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our Service Center team. This role involves engaging with clients and addressing their inquiries regarding employee benefits, such as 401(k) plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, and COBRA options. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while proactively acquiring knowledge to advance within Sentinel.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing client inquiries through phone and electronic communication across multiple business lines.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to assist participants with their requests, leveraging industry knowledge and available resources to provide accurate solutions.
  • Representing Sentinel in all participant interactions, ensuring each engagement reflects our commitment to high-quality service.
  • Building relationships as a liaison between participants and internal departments.

About You:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service with a focus on participant engagement.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in benefits administration, human resources, investment services, or related fields is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
