Position Type: Part-Time (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

Shift Timing: Mid-Shift

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation: $37.00 Hourly

Role Summary:

The Patient Access Supervisor plays a crucial role in collaborating with the hospital's administrative team to enhance financial planning, support decision-making, and address financial challenges.

  • Oversee staffing and team management
  • Conduct financial assessments and manage revenue cycles
  • Integrate information across Revenue Cycle and other departments
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of policies and procedures
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards
  • Contribute to the execution of the hospital's strategic initiatives
  • Support the preparation of departmental budgets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a consistently outstanding patient experience
  • Manage daily operations and lead team members
  • Perform regular quality audits
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Implement work assignment plans and adjust as necessary
  • Orient, train, and continuously develop staff for optimal performance
  • Assist in conducting periodic and annual performance evaluations

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of college education or relevant hospital experience, including direct customer interaction
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory or lead role within the Patient Access department or related Revenue Cycle area
