Job Title: Patient Access Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the registration process for patients, obtaining accurate demographic and insurance information, and verifying patient eligibility for services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient registration and obtain accurate demographic and insurance information
  • Verify patient eligibility for services and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Collect required fees and co-pays from patients
  • Assist with scheduling of testing and pre-surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
