Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to align on task assignments
  • Perform thorough property inspections, documenting findings with photographs
  • Ensure properties are clean and that all necessary repairs have been completed
  • Post important notices as required
  • Address urgent issues promptly, such as shutting off water valves or issuing notices
  • Transport fans, heaters, or air conditioning units as needed
  • Compile detailed inspection reports
  • Install and remove signage and lockboxes
  • Manage key exchanges and related tasks
  • Replace air filters and perform minor maintenance tasks
  • Assist with key duplication and other logistical errands

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Access to a computer with a stable internet connection
  • Smartphone with a data plan
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on logistics
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities as urgent matters arise
  • Proficient with technology, including report generation and project management software
  • Experience in maintenance, property inspection, or claims adjustment is advantageous but not mandatory
