We are seeking a skilled Boiler House Operator to join our team at Michelin North America. As a Boiler House Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating all power house equipment to provide a non-interruptible supply of energy to the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with EP requirements and safety intervention rules.
- Operate and monitor fluids equipment, ensuring compliance with conduct protocols, traceability, and facilities record tracking.
- Ensure fluids quality, influent parameters, and devices compliance, including pressure, temperature, water treatment, steam traps, and dryers.
- Guarantee fluids availability, continuity of service, and emergency procedures in case of failure.
- Optimize cost of fluids production by running equipment efficiently and maintaining optimum energy efficiency.
- Implement environmental control plans, preventive, and corrective actions.
- Monitor the proper operation of the machine park and report any anomalies.
- Maintain quality of analyzes and water treatment to ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Boiler House Operator.
- Licensed Boiler House Operator.
- Military Background in Boiler House Operations.
