We are seeking an exceptional Desktop Administrator to provide technical expertise and support for our critical business systems, ensuring seamless performance and high availability.

About the Role:

  • This position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and operating systems, as well as experience in maintaining technical support and implementing software enhancements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC/Desktop workstations, laptops, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance of Servpro's technical infrastructure, including software updates, backups, and security patches.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with the team to implement new technologies and software enhancements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication channels with users, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a technical environment, providing technology support to end-users.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and operating systems.
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
