Pharmacy Technician

Walgreens seeks highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists with various tasks, including processing prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, including verifying patient information, counting and pouring medications, and checking for potential interactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient profiles, medication lists, and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a welcoming environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and patient care.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
