Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to accounts receivable
  • Perform daily reconciliation and clearing activities to ensure accurate financial records
  • Identify and resolve issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Support and backup other team members as needed to ensure seamless operations
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to create efficiencies and enhance financial controls
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and perform all tasks in a SOX compliant manner to limit financial risk
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting
  • Substantial understanding of the accounts receivable function and ability to quickly develop an understanding of the current environment
  • Mature, responsible, and driven individual with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision and prioritize tasks to drive results
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines and experience with SAP is preferred
