Position Summary

We are in search of a results-oriented Project Manager to support our Federal government clientele.

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven history of success in their area of expertise and possess a self-motivated approach.
  • Manage all facets of project planning, guiding the contractor team on extensive and intricate projects.
  • Evaluate new and complex project-related challenges and devise innovative solutions that typically involve scheduling, technology, methodologies, tools, solution components, and financial oversight of the project.
  • Develop both long-term and short-term plans along with production activities for essential support resources.
  • Engage in stakeholder discovery sessions to collect, define, validate, and prioritize requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience is essential, including expertise in Change Management with proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office.
  • Experience in consulting with cross-functional teams is required.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in relevant areas.
  • Experience in establishing knowledge and change frameworks necessary for implementing and supporting service delivery.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Agile project methodologies.

Certifications:

  • PMI certification or equivalent is required.
  • Preference for certifications in Knowledge Management and Change Management.
  • Public Trust High (Tier 4/BI) Risk Level Clearance is necessary.
