Practice Environment: With a strong reputation and minimal turnover, this successful group is expanding due to upcoming retirements, creating a unique opportunity for an additional healthcare provider.

Training and Experience: While prior Urology experience is not a prerequisite, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Employment Structure: This position is within a Single Specialty Group, offering a highly competitive compensation package.

Work Schedule: The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM, with minimal on-call responsibilities.

Patient Demographics: The practice primarily serves a medically underserved population, including a significant number of Medicare patients.
