  • Engage in comprehensive project work – from initial proposals and design phases to prototype development, analysis, and eventual product manufacturing.

  • Develop sophisticated, high-precision laser diodes and systems.

Qualifications: MS/PhD in Engineering or Physics with substantial industry experience, particularly in product development and manufacturing.
