About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at The Oaks in Brownwood, TX, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our youth and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including general building maintenance, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and grounds maintenance. This may include tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing drywall, painting, and fixing or replacing broken windows and screens.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Current State Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
