Overview:

  • Responsibilities include upkeep of cabins, restrooms, and grounds

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in maintenance roles
  • Licensure: Valid class 'C' Texas driver's license required

Acceptable Alternatives:

  • Thirty semester hours from an accredited institution may substitute for work experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Background in electrical, carpentry, or plumbing work
  • Familiarity with mechanized equipment and vehicles
  • Non-Commercial Agricultural Pesticide Applicators license
  • Experience in providing customer service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in various maintenance and repair methods
  • Custodial responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer service expertise
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Capable of handling pressure and shifting priorities
  • Conduct work in accordance with safety standards
