Client Manager

Machinify is a leading provider of AI-powered software products that transform healthcare claims and payment operations. The company aims to reduce waste, friction, and frustration for patients, providers, and payers by increasing the speed and accuracy of claims processing.
We are seeking a Client Manager to focus on client interactions, operational processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure timely issue resolution, anticipate client needs, and deliver value through exceptional support strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to deliver value to clients.
- Identify actionable insights from healthcare claims data and results.
- Review client-facing reporting for accuracy, including reports on policy customizations, impacts, and trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of client organizational structures, business objectives, and areas of opportunity.
- Generate materials and reporting to deliver insights to clients and demonstrate program performance.
- Document key internal stakeholders on client insights, progress, and metrics.
- Communicate actionable findings to support client understanding of data.
- Become an expert on the Machinify platform to support user onboarding and training.
- Introduce new functionality or capabilities within the Machinify tool and receive product feedback.
- Manage client inquiries, technical support, and key client deliverables.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in client-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare payer market.
- Proven track record of cultivating and influencing relationships within the healthcare payer market.
- Demonstrated familiarity with SQL for data creation, amendments, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical strength, and curiosity to make observations and explain answers in and about data sets and data processes.
- Ability to work with a range of individuals, manage multiple requests with fast turn-around deadlines.
- Driven self-starter mindset, seeking to make a high impact, and eager to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in an autonomous work culture.
- High attention to detail and process-oriented.
- Holds a high level of integrity.
