Client Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Manager to join our team at Right at Home Peninsula. As a Client Care Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client intakes, assessments, and regular visits to ensure the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and maintain client care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Serve as a mentor and support caregiver in delivering high-quality care.
  • Build relationships with facilities and represent the organization at networking events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Provide after-hours support to clients, referral partners, and prospective clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in client management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the health/home care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new systems.
