The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality drill team program that emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while maintaining high safety standards for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a high-quality drill team program
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor the academic performance of team members to ensure eligibility requirements are met
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators
  • Motivate students to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Age 21 or older
  • Successful completion of the NFHS Concussion in Sports course
  • Ability to communicate effectively and motivate students
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a coach or participation in drill team competitions
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience serving in a branch of the military

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
