Role Overview:

Zoresco is looking for a Parts and Service Counterperson to serve as a knowledgeable intermediary between our clients and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and proficiency in standard office applications. Familiarity with vehicles and truck equipment is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace
  • Coordinate activities with the Service Manager and Warehouse staff
  • Communicate lead times for parts and repairs to customers
  • Welcome customers via phone and in-person
  • Assist with warranty inquiries and processes
  • Assess customer requirements
  • Prepare quotes for parts and services

Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Knowledge of vehicles and truck equipment is a plus
  • Self-motivated professional with a proactive attitude
