Job Summary:

The Inventory Parts Manager will be responsible for forecasting parts needs, ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels, and monitoring the current parts inventory. This role will also involve pricing parts to maintain profitability, receiving parts, and collaborating with all levels of leadership to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Monitoring the current parts inventory
  • Pricing parts to maintain profitability
  • Receiving parts, including placing them into our inventory system and properly labeling them in the shop
  • Collaborating with all levels of leadership to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
  • Assisting in the shipment of parts, nationwide, when needed
Requirements:
  • Independent
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Diligent, precise, and disciplined
  • Familiar with Inventory Software and can troubleshoot when needed
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Capacity to multitask while maintaining strong quality of results
  • Balances being detail oriented and demonstrating a sense of urgency
  • Acts with integrity. Demonstrates responsible, ethical, and honest behavior
