**Job Summary**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Air Combat Command team as a Human Resources Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the NAF Human Resources Office in Tyndall AFB, FL. With minimal driving required, this role offers a unique blend of administrative and personnel responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, typing speed (45 wpm with no more than 3 errors), and proficiency in office automation software, including MS Windows, MS Office, and other applications. Knowledge of JPAS and eQIP Access is also essential. As a key member of the HR team, you will assist in processing personnel actions, maintain applicant supply files, and provide information to NAF employees on various personnel matters.

**Key Responsibilities: **

  • Process personnel actions, including appointments, position and pay changes, transfers, and separations.
  • Maintain applicant supply files and run referral listings.
  • Check documents for completeness and arrange necessary documents in proper sequence.
  • Provide information to NAF employees on personnel matters, including insurance, retirements, and benefits.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1-2 years of experience in responsible clerical or office work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing speed of 45 wpm with no more than 3 errors.
  • Knowledge of office automation software, including MS Windows, MS Office, and other applications.
  • Successful completion of ANACI for JPAS and eQIP Access.

**Salary:** $44,976 - $83,115 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
