- Documentation: Document and analyze agency business processes and recommend improvements.
- Data Analysis: Document and analyze data requirements and relationships.
- Requirements Interpretation: Provide requirements interpretation and guidance to technical and test teams.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, issues, and action items leading to possible solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Interact with internal and external organizations, including vendors, State and Federal government agencies, State providers and beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Decision Support: May make recommendations for buy versus build decisions.
- Business Rules: Research business rules, requirements, and models.
- Business Rules Management: Maintain business rules, requirements, and models in a repository.
