  • Cost Control and Budgeting
    • Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective execution of maintenance tasks.
    • Monitor and analyze maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality maintenance work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and improving team performance.
  • Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Planned Maintenance, Environmental and Quality Systems.
  • LEAN, Six Sigma TPM, MMS, and/or Manufacturing Excellence experience.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
