  • Ensure the facility adheres to all safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage the operation and maintenance of all facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fitness equipment.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to prolong the life of equipment and facility infrastructure.
