Role Summary

The Financial Services Manager plays a crucial role in assisting customers by facilitating financing options for their vehicle purchases and introducing them to additional products that enhance their ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer financing requirements and payment alternatives through a consultative approach.
  • Provide a clear and detailed pricing menu to customers, outlining their financing choices and available products.
  • Recommend aftermarket offerings such as extended service agreements, GAP insurance, and CalTex to safeguard the customer's investment.
  • Manage finance transactions while ensuring adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee all documentation and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Engage with customers post-transaction to confirm their satisfaction.
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to effectively support customers.
  • Mentor and train sales consultants as needed.
  • Set and meet defined sales objectives.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid state driver's license and eligibility for coverage under RMC liability insurance are required.
