Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both internal and external resources to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Foster a culture of safety and engagement across the site at all times.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility and resource allocation.
  • Utilize appropriate systems and techniques to assess project performance.
  • Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and lead collaboration efforts through meetings and reports.

Inspections and Compliance:

  • Maintain thorough documentation for all project activities.
  • Conduct audits and provide training as necessary, covering areas such as torquing, project software, sealing, and joint pack installation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Naval Nuclear Power School graduate, or equivalent experience.

  • Over 10 years of experience in technical project management or operations within a complex infrastructure setting, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing scalable initiatives, creating roadmaps, and translating strategic goals into actionable projects.
  • Completion of a valid OSHA 30 Hour Construction Outreach course or equivalent certification.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
