Job Title: Project Manager

Omni Engineering, a CRH company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and crews to ensure project schedules are met.
  • Manage equipment, labor, and overhead costs to optimize project efficiency.
  • Assist with estimating and project specifications as needed.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to verify elevations and reference points.
  • Travel to potential sites to evaluate existing conditions and meet with site owners and/or representatives.
  • Visit active construction projects to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, contractors, and engineers.
  • Track and adjust quantities through all phases of each project.
  • Generate reports required by immediate supervisors.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience and/or training in a related field; 3 years of road construction experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older, pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Regular and consistent attendance required, with willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, as well as understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
