Compensation PackageWe offer an attractive compensation package that includes:
- 80% commission with the potential to increase to 130%
- Bonuses such as producer bonus, capital bonus, etc.
- Part-time agents can earn up to $50,000+ in the first year
- Full-time agents can earn up to $100,000+ in the first year
As a Business Development Associate - Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Providing personalized financial solutions to meet the needs of our customers
- Generating new business leads through our proprietary lead system
