Blood Assurance Account Development Specialist

At Blood Assurance, we are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Representative to join our team in Clarksville, TN. This exciting opportunity involves developing and servicing group accounts across various counties within the territory, promoting blood drives that collect life-saving blood products for patients in need.
The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling 3-4 days per week within the territory, with minimal overnight travel required. They will also work closely with operations teams to meet monthly collection goals and develop positive relationships with community and organization leaders to build support for our mission.
To be considered for this role, you should have outside sales experience with a bachelor's degree or prior related work experience. Customer service, retail, or event planning experience is preferred, as well as advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence. You must also possess polished, professional communication skills with the ability to educate, influence, negotiate, and secure business agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and servicing group accounts to promote blood drives
- Traveling within the territory to meet with current and potential customers
- Working closely with operations teams to meet monthly collection goals
- Developing positive relationships with community and organization leaders
