KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for the quality execution of contract tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration with subcontractors.
  • Manage all aspects of project scheduling, budgeting, staffing, logistics, and customer relations to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Oversee quality management processes involving vendors and subcontractors, coordinating with the Quality Manager to uphold contract standards.
  • Lead and unify the prime contractor and subcontractor teams into a cohesive program team.
  • Act as the main escalation point for customer management issues.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct weekly updates for stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting of key performance indicators.
  • Forecast manpower and financial needs, providing comprehensive administrative support as required.
  • Facilitate transition management strategies and communication, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Perform data analysis to identify performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient in both office and field environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of the satellite communications industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with government contract structures and execution processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Must possess a Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems development and engineering is required.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, candidates may qualify with an associate's degree and 15 years of specialized experience, or 20 years of relevant experience.
