JobTracks is looking for a skilled Escrow Specialist / Closing Coordinator to become a vital part of our reputable Title Company.

If you are an experienced escrow professional capable of managing a file from initiation to completion and can step in during the Closer's absence, we would like to hear from you.

Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in escrow operations.

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in handling the initial stages of a file while also providing support during closings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential. Proper grammar and punctuation are critical.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• High organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently and adhere to departmental protocols.
• Capability to effectively present information in both individual and small group settings to clients and colleagues.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Competency in computer applications (Microsoft Office), along with data entry and basic math skills, is required. Proficiency in spelling and proofreading is also necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Initiate and receipt all new escrow files.
• Coordinate monthly closings efficiently.
• Collaborate with Escrow Assistants to prepare estimated closing statements for buyers and sellers.
• Assist lenders with their funding and closing requirements.
• Accurately enter all relevant information into status reports for clients.
• Provide coverage for the desk in the absence of the officer.
• Act as a backup to the officer, overseeing all facets of the transaction.
• Manage the escrow process from start to finish.
• Perform customer service and clerical tasks to support all parties involved in the escrow process.
