Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at JW Marriott Anaheim Resort. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities
  • Manage guest room assignments and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
