Your Role:
As a Maintenance Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting dream vacations by ensuring high-quality outcomes for our guests through your maintenance expertise and customer service skills, guaranteeing that every unit and facility is in optimal condition.

Your Contributions:
  • Support the Maintenance Manager in strategizing, organizing, staffing, directing, and overseeing the operations of the maintenance department for buildings and grounds.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping) regarding various operational matters.
  • Ensure the quality and promptness of maintenance tasks performed both internally and by external contractors.
  • Oversee adherence to preventative maintenance protocols for units and building systems.
  • Assist fellow maintenance technicians as needed.
Your Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge in repairing electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, structural elements, and appliances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • HVAC certification is required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours during peak seasons.
  • CPO certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to perform extensive lifting, walking, reaching, climbing, and bending.
