About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the building and grounds maintenance department.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure the overall quality and timeliness of maintenance performed, both in-house and by contracted services.
  • Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance procedures for units and building systems.
  • Assist other maintenance technicians as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance operations, with a focus on electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, structural repair, and appliance repair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including high-demand periods.
  • CPO certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. or more.
