Compensation:
$35,000 - $60,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in maintaining a positive mindset throughout their cases.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients seeking assistance or information, addressing their needs and expectations.
- Resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Utilize an extensive network of local professionals to provide optimal recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience as a therapist or life coach.
- Preferred experience in divorce, family law, and/or parenting disputes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence.
- Experience in customer service is beneficial.
