Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Associate to join our dynamic team, preferably located in a US Hub. This role is essential in supporting the Client Manager to develop and implement tailored Strategic Energy Plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating the strategic energy plan under the guidance of the Client Manager, ensuring effective management of related activities with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations with the client implementation team, focusing on the setup and execution of client data.
- Carry out assigned tasks and recommended actions to guarantee exceptional service delivery and demonstrate the value provided to each client.
- Support the Client Manager in guiding clients towards making informed, cost-effective decisions regarding their energy expenditures and usage.
- Identify and propose opportunities for additional energy management services, collaborating with internal teams to develop potential solutions.
- Coordinate client meetings, preparing necessary materials and presenting insights to various levels within the client's organization.
- Become a subject matter expert on client business operations, understanding key contacts, market risk tolerance, and industry challenges.
- Engage in structured training programs and pursue self-directed learning about the energy sector and Schneider Electric's offerings.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, along with experience in a service-oriented industry that includes direct customer interaction, preferably in sales or client relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong commitment to the company's vision and core values.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Reputation for professionalism, integrity, and strong character.
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the energy sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of the energy industry and the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities is a plus.
- Experience in energy commodities, risk management, or demand-side management is beneficial.
- Advanced computer skills are preferred.
