Job Responsibilities:

  • Works within our i9Success product to complete Forms I-9 and handle applicant contact during workflow.
  • Responsible for handling incoming inquiries, investigating issues, and providing resolutions.
  • Collaborates with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
  • Maintains knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Meets performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
  • Identifies escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to escalate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.
Required Skills:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Elevated communication skills orally and in writing, as well as the ability to empathize with others.
  • Ability to uphold professional manners while at work.
  • Must have strong telephone skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period.
Education:

Education

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
