PeopleShare is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team in Warminster, PA. This is an in-office role that involves managing the distribution of product information across multiple retailer websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Publish products across various online retailer websites
  • Maintain website information, ensuring product submissions and product page listings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet ongoing specifications
  • Maintain data accuracy and quality assurance
  • Identify, track, and resolve technical tasks on the project
  • Execute data verification scripts
  • Maintain task documentation
  • Assist in maintaining company content management solution
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree in a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Comfortable working with vast product information data sets
  • Knowledge of web technologies (SQL, HTML, PHP, CSS, JS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of PIM and DAM systems is a plus
  • Experience in digital and/or e-commerce business is a plus
