  • Utilize a CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales and meet customer needs.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required to perform the duties of this role.
