We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Life Care Center of Kennewick. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing direct rehab care to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities- Implement and interpret physical therapy treatment plans for patients
- Chart patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Utilize therapy software to document patient information and track progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- One (1) year experience in post-acute care or related setting preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- Competitive pay up to $45 per hour (for PRN positions)
- Full-time: $30-$40/hour DOE
- In-house rehab programs with collaborative work environments and supportive teams
- Continuing education and growth opportunities
