About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Sales Representative to join our team in the Chicago East, IL area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering results through effective customer engagement, product knowledge, and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of organizational objectives and align resources to meet those objectives. They will uphold the culture and values of Teva Pharmaceuticals in all interactions and business matters, while effectively analyzing trends and applying knowledge in customer interactions to deliver value.

In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, office staff, and customers. You will provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers, as well as consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide patient education.

You will regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds. Additionally, you will maintain a high level of call activity with top target customers, apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance, and adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience required; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
  • Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria
  • Proven record of accomplishments in the specific market toward meeting established objectives
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments, and be proficient with technology
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
