Position Overview:
In this role, you will deliver both direct and indirect patient care, employing the nursing process and adhering to established policies.

You will oversee patient care operations during the night shift, ensuring effective management of nursing and operational activities.

Engage with staff, physicians, and the department director to address operational challenges and interpret hospital policies, ensuring that patient care requirements are fulfilled.

You will also assist in recruitment, counseling, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

- An Associate's degree is mandatory

- A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Required Licensure:

- Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina (or compact state) is essential

Required Certifications:

- American Heart Association BLS certification is required within 30 days of employment

- American Heart Association ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment is required

- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a charge nurse or managerial capacity
