At LifePoint Health, we're dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients. As a Clinical Support Nurse in our Women's Clinic, you'll play a vital role in providing continuity and appropriate care to patients under the supervision of our physicians.

Key responsibilities include operating medical equipment, maintaining proper inventory of medical supplies, and providing age-appropriate care to patients. You'll also be responsible for triaging incoming clinical phone calls and messages from patients, as well as scheduling surgeries and obtaining prior authorization for medications, testing, and procedures.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and you must have current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to operate medical equipment, including Pulse Ox, Ear Syringe, Cryosurgery Instruments, EKG machine, Nebulizer, Portable O2 tank, and sphygmomanometer
  • Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care to patients
  • Proficient with Electronic Health Records
  • Phlebotomy skill requested
  • Ability to operate basic lab equipment and perform and document results
