The Community Development Manager is a key position at Omni Fiber LLC, responsible for driving residential sales and growth in the Northeast Ohio region. This role requires a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to secure new residential sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with Multi-Dwelling Unit owners, residential housing contractors, and homeowner's associations
- Work with Operations to ensure efficient delivery of Omni Fiber services to customers and partners
- Manage a sales pipeline and negotiate Utility Access Agreements and Service Provider Partnership agreements
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to develop financial models for breakeven analysis and cost-per-acquisition
- Represent Omni Fiber at local community events and meetings
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep knowledge of the Cable/Telecom industries and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
