We are seeking an experienced Community Development Coordinator to join our team at the YMCA of Central Stark County. As a Community Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our families. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to family needs, carrying out clerical duties as assigned, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our early childhood programs, including Development, Office, Assistant, Instructor, and Business Services. Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.



Job Description:

The Community Development Coordinator will be responsible for:




  • Providing front desk support and responding to family needs
  • Carrying out clerical duties as assigned, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office
  • Providing administrative support to early childhood programs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
