Skilled Nursing Administrator

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Nursing Administrator to lead our skilled nursing center.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing center, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and Sunrise Senior Living policies.
- Promote the highest level of quality care for our residents, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or nursing.
- Current licensure and certification as a nursing home administrator, as required by state and federal regulations.
- Proven experience in healthcare management, with a focus on skilled nursing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Minimum Data Sheets (MDS), and other reimbursement regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
