**Job Summary**

Community Hospital Corporation is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll for assigned hospitals, implementing the UltiPro payroll system, and maintaining payroll information in the automated system.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process and submit payroll for all assigned facilities
  • Excel at swiftly and accurately inputting all employee maintenance data such as new hires, terminations, increases, transfers, etc.
  • Work with facilities to assure the accuracy of each payroll
  • Actively involved in the implementation of UltiPro payroll system at new and start-up hospitals
  • Provide support and/or assistance to facilities as needed
  • Balance payroll for all assigned facilities
  • Generates Payroll reports as needed
  • Organizes hours and input for weekly Productivity Reports
  • Balances and approves the process of all W-2s & W-3s
  • Balances and approves the process of all Quarterly Payroll Reports
  • Performs research projects as requested

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma (or equivalent), some college preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
  • Experience with UKG, Ultipro and/or Dimensions
