Truck Specifications:
Assigned modern Cascadia Freightliners & KW's (2021 or newer) featuring APU, 1500 watt-inverter, refrigerator, & TV mount. Speed limited to 68 mph.

Home Time Schedule:
Out for twelve days followed by two full days at home on weekends.

Compensation:
Weekly earnings range from $1400 to $1700.

Job Overview:
Operate a 53-foot Dry Van Freight, primarily servicing routes east of I-35.

Average haul distance per load: 650 miles. 50% drop & hook operations. All freight is no-touch. No routes to NYC or Canada.

Orientation:
Paid orientation lasting only three days. Travel, meals, and lodging are covered. Paid vacation available after one year. Benefits commence in 30 days. Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience in the last 36 months, or 6 months in the last 5 years, or 1 year in the last 10 years of tractor-trailer experience pulling trailers 40 feet or longer. If previously terminated for safety reasons, must have 6 months of safe driving experience with a tractor-trailer.

Qualifications:
Must possess a Class A CDL. No DWI offenses in the last 5 years.

Disqualifying Charges:
No careless or reckless driving, following too closely, improper lane changes, speeding over 15 mph, or cell phone usage violations in the last 12 months.

Accident History:
Maximum of 1 preventable DOT recordable accident in the last 24 months.

Minor Preventable Accidents:
No more than 3 minor preventable accidents (e.g., bending a rim, trailer door issues, hitting fixed objects) in the last 2 years. No key crashes (lane change, jackknife, loss of control, rear-end, side impact, rollover) in the last 5 years. Must have consistently driven for 6 months with another carrier.

Felony Background:
Felonies are accepted (must be off probation to leave the state). Must be able to pass both urine and hair follicle drug tests.
