Transportation Program Supervisor

As a Transportation Program Supervisor at Thrive Behavioral Health, you will oversee the daily operations of our transportation program, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of clients to their destinations. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work closely with our Front Desk Schedulers to coordinate daily runs and schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Coordination: Prepare daily schedules for trip logs, utilizing Microsoft Excel and MTM Link software to optimize routes and minimize delays.
- Vehicles Maintenance: Identify and report vehicle maintenance and repair needs to the Transportation Manager, ensuring our fleet is always in good working condition.
- Driver Training: Train new drivers and staff on the proper use of Thrive vehicles and road safety protocols.
- Client Transportation: Safely transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete daily billing, register transportation requests, and maintain vehicle operating records.
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience: Three to six months related experience required.
- Certifications: Valid Chauffeur's license and automobile insurance meeting Rhode Island minimum standards required.
