The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trial management, particularly within oncology, and be ready to contribute to groundbreaking work that aims to transform cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Clinical Trials: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  • Supervise and Mentor a Cross-Functional Team: Including CRAs, CTAs, and other staff.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Partners: Ensure smooth trial operations and resolve issues.
  • Manage Trial Budgets and Resources: Oversee contract negotiations and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Related Field: Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Direct Clinical Trial Management: With expertise in oncology.
  • Proven Leadership and Team Management Skills: With a strong grasp of GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities: With proficiency in CTMS and relevant software.
