Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to expand our fixed income and capital markets services offering
* Lead and manage ABS syndicate issuances, ensuring timely and efficient execution
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement internal protocols for issuing clients
* Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks associated with our services
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in fixed income and capital markets
* Strong understanding of ABS syndicate issuances and risk management
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
